For clarity, we first provide the following summary:

The limited data we collect: In order to provide basic services such as account creation, payment processing, and basic troubleshooting, we collect the minimum amount of necessary information.

We never collect data: We do not record your online activity logs. This means:

❌ Do not record the domain name or IP address of the website you visit.

❌ Do not record the content you browse, search history, or download history.

❌ We do not record connection logs between your original (real) IP address and our VPN server.

❌ Do not record any data that can be used to identify your personal or specific online activities.

 

3. The information we collect and its purpose

We only collect information for the following explicit purposes:

·Collection content: To ensure service quality, we may collect fully anonymized and aggregated data, such as:

·The total number of connections to a specific server during a specific time period (unable to associate with individual users).

·The total bandwidth usage of the server (cannot be associated with individual users).

·A crash report used to identify and fix common technical issues (sent with your explicit consent and does not contain personally identifiable information).

Purpose: Optimize server performance, balance load, diagnose common technical issues to improve user experience.

·Collection content: The information you provide when communicating with us through customer support, feedback forms, or email.

Purpose: To respond to your inquiries, provide technical support, and improve our services.

 

4. Our strict 'no logs' policy

This is our core privacy commitment:

Network activity log: When you connect to our VPN service, your Internet traffic will be transmitted through an encrypted tunnel. We do not record the websites you visit through VPN connection, the files you download, the applications you use, any data you enter, or your communication content.

Connection logs: We do not record enough logs to associate you (or your device) with a specific time, VPN server IP address, or your real IP address. We do not store 'timestamp' logs that can be used to reconstruct your online activities.

DNS query: Our VPN server processes your DNS requests, but we do not record the content of these requests.

 

5. Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

Service provider: Share necessary minimum information with third parties who assist us in operating our business, such as customer support platforms and anonymous analytics. These providers are strictly bound by contracts and must protect your data.

 

Legal requirement: If we receive a legally binding subpoena, search warrant, or court order and are obligated to comply, we may disclose information. Due to our strict 'no logs' policy, we typically do not have any specific user activity related data to provide.

Protecting Rights and Security: When necessary to enforce our terms of service or to protect the rights, property, and security of ourselves, other users, or others.

 

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures aimed at protecting your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and access control. However, the methods of Internet transmission or electronic storage are not 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee their absolute security.

 

7. Data retention period

We will only retain your personal information for the time required for the purposes stated in this privacy policy, or for the time required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

 

8. Children's Privacy

Our application is not aimed at children under 13 years old (16 years old in the European Economic Area). We will not intentionally collect personal identification information from children. If we discover that we have collected personal data from children without verifying parental consent, we will take measures to remove that information from our servers.
